In regulated medicine, every promotional sentence is a compliance event — so when teams weigh reach against risk, reach is what loses: fewer touches, tighter scripts, quieter territories. Zenreps builds compliance-gated AI sales reps for pharma and medical device: on the gated text channels live today, every answer is grounded in the customer's MLR-approved corpus, verified claim by claim before it sends, and written to an append-only audit record. The thesis is that compliance discipline engineered into the mechanism — rather than reviewed after the fact — is what makes AI-scale reach usable in regulated life sciences at all.

What is live today, rounded down

  1. Gated text detailing on web chat and Telegram: every reply grounded in the approved corpus, checked claim by claim before it is sent, fail-closed when a claim cannot be grounded.

  2. Two-layer adverse-event detection with pharmacovigilance routing, and escalation to the customer's team. The deterministic layer is live-verified; the LLM backstop has shipped and is validated offline, with live verification in progress.

  3. An append-only audit trail with database-level tamper protection — reconstruct any conversation, export CSV — with an admin console and per-conversation drill-down.

  4. Jurisdiction and product-class rulesets: Canada (PAAB / Health Canada) and the United States (FDA OPDP), for both drug and device.

  5. Per-HCP conversation persistence, and an onboarding model of "here is our MLR-approved corpus" — load it, with zero code changes.

  1. A fully gated video-avatar channel — the avatar is a preview today, audited after the fact, with the gated version on the near-term path.

  2. A gate-enforced voice pipeline, with email and SMS behind the same gate.

  3. Compounding per-HCP memory that carries prior context forward into new conversations.

  4. EU and UK jurisdictions — regulatory research complete and provisional rulesets drafted; counsel review and productization remain.

  5. The rest of the whole job: proactive outreach, scheduling, sample requests, structured post-call notes with CRM write-back — each line shipping behind the same compliance gate as the first.
