Why ZenReps exists.
The territory math changed and the discipline didn't. A human field force can only be in so many rooms, and every sentence spoken inside them is a regulated statement — so reach keeps losing to risk. ZenReps builds AI sales reps for regulated medicine that — on the gated text channels live today, web chat and Telegram — answer only from your MLR-approved corpus, pair fair balance automatically, refuse rather than guess, and write every turn to an append-only audit record.
We publish where we stand on every line of the job — live, preview, in development, or roadmap — because a pharma buyer should be able to audit the ambition.

Operating principles
- We round down.
- Roadmap is marked as roadmap, and a capability is called live only after it is verified against the code.
- Inspect the mechanism.
- Talk to a live gated rep and read the receipt — a record you can inspect, not a logo wall.
- Fail-closed by design.
- When a claim can't be grounded in approved material, the ZenRep declines, redirects, or routes the question to a human. Refusing correctly is treated as a success, not a failure.
- The record is the product.
- Every turn is written to an append-only audit trail with database-level tamper protection — reconstructable any time, exportable as CSV.
- HCP-facing only, by design.
- Not for patients or direct-to-consumer use. Patient-facing support is on the roadmap.
