Solutions

Two solutions today, one gate underneath.

Zenreps ships for two regulated verticals — drug promotion and medical-device promotion — and holds both to the same mechanism: answers grounded in your approved corpus, checked on the gated text channels before they send, and written to an append-only audit record. Below, the two solutions as they stand, then where the platform goes next.

01Solutions
For pharma

Drug promotion, PAAB- and OPDP-bound.

Reach every prescriber on-label, at launch scale, without growing the field force. Off-label refusal, fair balance and ISI, adverse-event capture — enforced on every turn on the gated text channels (web and Telegram).

For medical device

Device promotion, FDA- and Health Canada-bound.

Consistent, approved product answers across the install base: IFU-bounded, no off-label use claims, malfunction and adverse-event routing, a full audit trail.

02Roadmap

Where the platform goes next.

The status marks below are literal — nothing in this band is live today. We publish the direction because a buyer should be able to audit the ambition, and we would rather you read "roadmap" here than discover it in a contract.

Reactive medical information & technical supportRoadmap
Today a zenrep is a promotional channel. A reactive inquiry channel is on the roadmap — medical-information response for pharma, technical support for medical device — answering from the same approved corpus and routing to a human wherever a question goes beyond it. It would answer and route, never diagnose. Not built today.
Additional jurisdictions — EU & UKIn development
Canada (PAAB / Health Canada) and the United States (FDA OPDP) are live today. For the EU and UK, the regulatory research is complete and provisional rulesets are drafted; counsel review and productization remain before any EU or UK tenant goes live. EU is a near-term priority.
Voice & phoneIn development
A gate-enforced voice pipeline is in development — every spoken word would still pass the same gate before it is delivered. Not available today.
Compounding per-HCP memoryRoadmap
Compounding per-HCP memory that carries prior context forward into new conversations is on the roadmap — not present today. What is live is conversation persistence: no prior exchange is forgotten.
