The price is scoped, not posted.
Every Zenreps deployment is an enterprise agreement scoped to the work: the size and composition of your approved corpus, the jurisdictions you promote in, and the channels you turn on. Those differ enough between buyers that a posted number would be wrong for most of them, in one direction or the other. So this page publishes what we can stand behind — the shape of the agreement, and what a scoping conversation covers.

The shape of the agreement
The commercial model, stated plainly. The shape is fixed even where the number is scoped.
- Per-deployment enterprise agreement
- One agreement per deployment, scoped to your corpus, your jurisdictions, and your channel mix. There is no self-serve tier and no public rate card.
- MSA plus order form
- A master service agreement with an order form that names exactly what is in scope. Procurement reads the whole deal in two documents.
- Procurement-standard paperwork
- The agreement and order form are written for enterprise procurement. Payment mechanics and terms are settled in the agreement itself.

What a scoping conversation covers
The conversation walks the same things that drive the work:
- Corpus size and composition
- How much MLR-approved material the zenrep answers from — monographs, ISI, approved claims — and how often it changes.
- Jurisdictions
- Which markets you promote in. Canada (PAAB) and the United States (OPDP) are live today; additional jurisdictions are on the roadmap.
- Channel mix
- Which channels you turn on. Web chat and Telegram are the gated text channels live today; roadmap channels are scoped when they ship, not before.
- Integration surface
- What Zenreps connects to. Today every interaction lands in your audit trail and admin console, exportable as CSV; CRM integration is on the roadmap.

No number here, and why
Scope it against your deployment.
A demo doubles as the scoping conversation — bring your corpus, your jurisdictions, and your channel plan, and bring procurement's questions with you.
