Zenreps is pre-launch. There are no open roles posted right now, and we will not list ones that do not exist. When we post a role, it will appear on this page in the same plain register as the rest of the site.

What we optimize for
- We round down.
- Roadmap is marked as roadmap, and a capability is called shipped only after it is verified against the code. The same discipline that governs this site governs the work — status is a load-bearing claim, checked before it is made.
- Compliance is the product.
- Fail-closed gates, append-only records, refusals treated as successes. Engineering here means shipping guardrails as features and counting "it refused correctly" as a win.
- Evidence over narrative.
- Done means wired in and verified, not written down. Claims about what the system does are checked against the system before they are made — in code review, in copy, and in sales.
